Location: Mascot, NSW 2020, Australia. Full-time onsite role with a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Full working rights in Australia required.

What you will do
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, room service, conference, event, and banqueting operations.
- Drive revenue through initiatives, promotions, upselling, and strong commercial performance.
- Manage labour, departmental costs, productivity, rostering, staffing levels, and financial results.
- Manage guest feedback, service recovery, VIP relationships, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, RSA, WHS, standards, and emergency response requirements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, or senior F&B leader in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Experience managing restaurant, bar, event, and banqueting operations.
- Strong leadership, people management, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial experience in revenue generation, labour management, and cost control.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
- Valid NSW RSA and full working rights in Australia required.
