What you will do
- Lead and grow the Australian Professional AV business.
- Develop and execute the national Pro AV growth strategy.
- Own full P&L accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Lead and develop sales, product, and technical teams.
- Build relationships with vendors, resellers, integrators, end customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive vendor planning, go-to-market initiatives, operational efficiency, and new business development.
Requirements
- Experience leading a Professional AV business or division.
- Ability to manage commercial performance, revenue, profit, forecasting, and budgets.
- Leadership experience across sales, product, and technical teams.
- Ability to develop vendor, channel, customer, and industry partnerships.
- Ability to lead change, identify market opportunities, and ensure governance compliance.
