What you will do
- Lead and grow the Australian Professional AV business.
- Develop and execute the national Pro AV growth strategy.
- Manage full P&L accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Lead and develop sales, product, and technical teams.
- Build relationships with vendors, resellers, integrators, end customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives, operational efficiency, market expansion, and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience leading a Professional AV business or division.
- Capability to deliver revenue and profit growth against agreed objectives.
- Experience managing P&L, business planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to build strategic vendor and channel partnerships.
- Ability to lead teams and drive collaboration, accountability, and execution.
- Availability to work in a hybrid environment in Sydney, Australia.
