Service Technician (Compressed Air Equipment)

Location: In-person presence at customer sites in the Greater Montreal Region, Canada, with daily travel throughout the territory

What you will do

• Perform maintenance and service on hirify.global and other-brand equipment.
• Commission new equipment and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Advise customers on machine operation, maintenance requirements, and service products.
• Support local customers, develop new business opportunities, and manage daily time utilization.
• Maintain product knowledge through technical documentation and company training.
• Complete timesheets, work orders, service reports, customer documentation, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Certification as an Electromechanic (DEP) or equivalent mechanical knowledge and experience.
• Written and verbal French and basic English for technical manuals, customer communication, and occasional reports.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to work independently, self-manage deadlines, and provide strong customer service.
• Physical endurance for frequent travel, on-call work, tool use, regular lifting of 50 lb, and extreme temperatures.
• Medium-level computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
