Location: In-office at the hirify.global clinic in Starbase, Texas, United States. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8am–4pm CST, with occasional evenings until 8pm CST.

Salary: Starting at $22 per hour, based on experience, location, and market dynamics.

What you will do

• Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide high-quality hospitality and support.
• Coordinate interactions between patients and hirify.global’s clinical and administrative services.
• Process insurance authorizations and collect medical records accurately.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and care team members.
• Identify and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
