Patient Support Specialist

What you will do

• Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve insurance and affordability barriers.
• Conduct outbound outreach to support patients in completing their prescription journey.
• Triage clinical questions to pharmacists and support pharmaceutical program requirements.
• Document interactions accurately and identify trends to improve patient experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, PA.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to maintaining strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
