Recruiting Manager United States

Location: Onsite at hirify.global North America’s U.S. headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas, with periodic travel across the United States to offices, project sites, recruiting events, and stakeholder meetings.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a standardized U.S. recruiting strategy aligned with workforce planning, project schedules, growth objectives, and operational staffing needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the U.S. recruiting team while ensuring consistent, timely, compliant, and business-focused support.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, operations, field, craft, skilled-trade, technical, project, and leadership roles.
• Standardize recruiting systems, workflows, requisition intake, candidate communications, interview practices, documentation, and onboarding handoffs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and support early-career, internship, university, trade-school, veteran, community, and employee-referral programs.
• Establish recruiting metrics, manage external recruiting vendors, and partner with leadership on workforce planning, compensation alignment, onboarding, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including multi-site or geographically dispersed operations.
• Experience managing full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and recruiting compliance, including EEO, I-9, E-Verify, applicant tracking, background screening, and offer practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, recruiting analytics, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel within the United States as needed.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, AIRS, or a similar professional certification.
• Experience with project-based, union, non-union, craft, field, or turnaround workforces.
• Experience with OFCCP documentation, affirmative action support, state job banks, veteran outreach, or disability outreach.
• Experience implementing or optimizing applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, talent communities, or recruiting dashboards.
• Knowledge of industrial labor markets across major U.S. regions.
