Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned Commerce clients.
• Lead client communications, planning discussions, and project reviews.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and translate them into clearly scoped proposals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Ops, and Analytics to ensure effective delivery.
• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource planning across accounts.
• Maintain accountability for account profitability, delivery performance, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Agency environments.
• Strong understanding of Commerce, Digital Shelf, Search & Discoverability, or Retail Media.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and stakeholders for large accounts.
• Experience developing SOWs, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid work.
