What you will do

  • Build and grow a portfolio of regional agency and brand partners by leveraging existing networks.
  • Offer tailored media strategies across CTV, video, display, audio, and retail media.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and prospect priority accounts to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and account growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal Planning, Client Services, and Operations teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 5+ years of media sales experience selling to agencies and brands.
  • Established book of business managing approximately $3M+ in annual advertising revenue.
  • Full-funnel media expertise including CTV and digital advertising.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and business development mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
