Associate Director, Client Partnerships

Location: Remote within the United States; Washington, DC preferred. Willingness to travel and attend industry events is required.

Starting salary: $66,000–$87,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Total compensation includes a sales incentive component tied to predetermined targets.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with advocacy groups, non-profits, policy organizations, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to grow revenue and expand hirify.global’ presence in the advocacy sector.
• Build creative partnership solutions based on client business priorities.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and within the advocacy community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute partnership initiatives successfully.
• Manage outbound sales strategies, inbound leads, and existing client relationships while meeting targets and quotas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, news, or sales.
• Established relationships with key agencies, brands, and advocacy stakeholders in Washington, DC.
• Experience in a media or strategy planning environment.
• Familiarity with digital media, online marketing technology, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, lead-generation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and attend networking engagements.
