Salary: $124,000–$186,000 base annually, plus benefits; incentive plans may also apply.

What you will do

• Own roadmap planning across Product and R&D, maintaining ranked priorities based on capacity and realistic commitments.
• Drive a weekly delivery cadence with leadership, surfacing risks, resolving blockers, and connecting priorities with execution.
• Champion AI-powered workflows for planning, documentation, and quality assurance, and track their impact.
• Identify recurring friction, misalignment, and systemic blockers, then bring actionable solutions to leadership.
• Own delivery metrics including cycle time, lead time, deployment frequency, and velocity narratives.
• Improve team flow through lightweight processes while reducing ineffective ceremony.

Requirements

• Experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or Engineering Program Management across multi-team Product and R&D organizations.
• End-to-end accountability for roadmap planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to build metrics frameworks and turn delivery data into decisions.
• Ability to influence Product, R&D, and leadership without relying on formal authority.
• Fluency in agile delivery and sufficient technical depth for trade-off and estimation discussions.
• Ability to work in the United States in a hybrid role based in Lexington, Massachusetts.
