Associate Director, Delivery Partner- Incentive, Manufacturing & Energy

Location: Houston, Texas, with onsite work required up to four days per week

Salary: $129,240–$232,560 annually in the United States; location-specific ranges may apply. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or sales commission plan, depending on role eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and support customers throughout complex service delivery engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted business-to-business customer relationships.
• Represent hirify.global’s delivery activities within the manufacturing and energy sector.
• Integrate multiple service areas into seamless customer solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer governance and large, multi-year service contracts.
• Oversee contract financial performance, cost accounting, and P&L management while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas, up to four days per week.
• At least 5 years of experience in project and/or service delivery.
• Experience coordinating large organizations and cross-functional teams to deliver customer services.
• Experience managing and governing large business-to-business, multi-year service contracts.
• Ability to act as a trusted customer advisor and identify business needs.
• In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting, including management of a large contract P&L.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certification.
• Experience managing long-term customer relationships.
