What you will do

• Gather and translate client and business needs into product requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to develop and enhance solutions.
• Support product development, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
• Communicate requirements and solutions effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.
• Healthcare technology experience is required.
• Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and business skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Knowledge of clinical, revenue cycle management, and patient journey workflows.

Nice to have

• HIM or clinical document workflow experience.
• Experience with AI and product requirements.
• HIM certification.
