Business Process Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $95,000–$109,091 USD per year, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end reimbursement and revenue cycle workflows to reduce manual effort, rework, process variation, delays, and quality issues.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using process maps, swimlane diagrams, workflow documentation, business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Gather requirements and support process improvement, workflow automation, operational scalability, compliance, and customer experience initiatives.
• Document integration requirements across workflow automation, Intelligent Document Processing, OCR, Salesforce, XIFIN, billing vendors, and related systems.
• Participate in testing, validation, user acceptance activities, stakeholder workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Track project deliverables, risks, issues, and action items while supporting change management and communicating recommendations to operational leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or related roles.
• Experience documenting business processes and identifying operational improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payer operations, diagnostics, laboratory services, or healthcare technology.
