What you will do

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Support process walkthroughs and assessments covering risks, controls, applications, models, vendors, data, and IT dependencies.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency.
• Support automation, AI, low-code, and workflow improvement initiatives, including responsible use of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Document processes, requirements, risks, controls, decisions, changes, dependencies, and action items.
• Track deliverables and collaborate across functions on process, system, automation, and AI-related changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, compliance, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, NIST, SOX, ISO, SOC I, SOC II, and GRC methodologies.
• Experience with process redesign, workflow improvement, AI-based automation, or similar technology solutions.
• Foundational understanding of agentic and AI-enabled systems and responsible application of AI to business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
