Business Analyst (Business Applications)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma; onsite. Applicants must be current U.S. Citizens or current green card holders. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Own and support assigned business applications, vendor relationships, access processes, documentation, upgrades, and support procedures.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning, application recovery requirements, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Lead technology coordination for jobsite buildouts, field deployments, and cross-functional launches.
• Support cloud migrations, SaaS adoption, ERP readiness, integrations, testing, and post-go-live activities.
• Gather requirements, map workflows, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and analyze application and process issues.
• Prioritize application improvements, automation, reporting needs, security practices, risks, dependencies, and vendor commitments.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in business systems, application support, business analysis, ERP, systems administration, product ownership, or IT project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting ERP, financial, operational, field management, HR, reporting, document management, or construction technology applications.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow analysis, testing coordination, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Working knowledge of cloud and SaaS platforms, application migrations, identity and access management, APIs, integrations, data flows, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Platform, and SQL concepts.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, project managers, field leaders, vendors, executives, finance, HR, and IT teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, field operations, industrial services, multi-location organizations, or project-based businesses.
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, backup validation, or operational resilience plans.
• Experience with Agile delivery, construction ERP systems, workflow automation, integration platforms, vendor management, change management, or project coordination.
