Service Desk Engineer

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across networks, infrastructure, and SaaS applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve system performance and user support.
• Own complex issues end to end, documenting outcomes and driving system improvements.
• Administer and configure cloud identity platforms, MDM automation, and MDR/XDR tools.
• Lead technology rollouts and system upgrades as part of infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, United States
• Strong background in cloud identity management platforms (SSO, SAML 2.0, MFA).
• Experience with MDM automation tools such as Google MDM, Kandji, or Intune.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with MDR/XDR platforms like Sophos XDR, CrowdStrike, or Huntress.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, IT documentation, and SaaS management.
• Ability to lead projects end to end and pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of IT systems experience.
• Experience in large enterprises with significant user bases.
• Previous NOC/SOC experience.
