What you will do

• Monitor the ticketing system and provide remote and in-person technical support.
• Install, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot computers, servers, networks, and virtualization environments.
• Support Office 365, Active Directory, AWS, Okta, VoIP systems, collaboration tools, security tools, and MDM/RMM platforms.
• Onboard and offboard employees, including account setup, equipment imaging, and training.
• Track IT assets, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining clear communication and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of helpdesk experience and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networks, mobile devices, security systems, and related technology.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, teaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with remote colleagues and work off-hours when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Residence in Northern Virginia and willingness to work in-office at the Dulles headquarters are required.

• MCSA, A+, Security+, Network+, CCNP, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or similar certifications.
