What you will do

• Serve as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk and facilitate resolution for internal customers.
• Act as an Incident Manager for high-priority internal IT incidents.
• Manage endpoints via SCCM, Jamf, and Workspace ONE, including patching and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT policies and procedures.
• Mentor other IT Service Desk members on technical and interpersonal skills.
• Research and implement new solutions to optimize application usability and interoperability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Advanced knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux OS technology concepts.
• Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory management.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Strong customer service focus with experience in Executive level engagement.
