Maintenance Technician II

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergency maintenance situations is required.

Salary: $70,740–$82,368 USD per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, calibrate, and maintain automated machinery, conveyors, robotics, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, add tasks and parts to the CMMS, and maintain work orders, equipment logs, and inventory records.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automated storage system issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize automated systems and implement process improvements.
• Support facility management, spare-parts availability, equipment upgrades, warehouse cleanliness, and safety improvements.
• Assist with training new technicians and operators on automated system operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven maintenance technician experience, preferably in an automated distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting conveyors, robotics, PLCs, automated storage systems, and other complex equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot 240VAC, 480VAC, and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, safety, and teamwork skills; ability to work shifts and handle emergency maintenance.
