Salary: $29.25–$34.41 per hour, approximately $4,680–$5,506 per month.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot automated packaging, distribution, conveyor, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and document completed routines.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues involving belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and related material handling equipment.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor, equipment, and parts data.
• Track department inventory and maintain effective working relationships across the facility.
• Mentor junior technicians and support a safety-first maintenance environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• At least 2 years of experience with predictive and preventive maintenance procedures.
• At least 1 year of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics, plus knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, using aerial lifts, and lifting up to 50 pounds while wearing required PPE.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in a mechanical or electrical field.
• Experience with material handling equipment safety standards, robotic operation and maintenance, and basic input/output troubleshooting.
