Salary: $24.04–$30.29 per hour.

What you will do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, robotic assembly systems, PLC-controlled equipment, testing rigs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and paint shop equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system failures.
- Record maintenance activities in CMMS and complete scheduled inspections and documentation.
- Support factory layout planning, equipment relocation, new equipment integration, setup, calibration, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve mean time between failures.
- Contribute to Total Productive Maintenance initiatives and maintain safe, organized work areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a two-year Applied Sciences degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience maintaining CNC equipment, including five-axis machines.
- Experience with robotics and PLC programming, including Siemens or Allen-Bradley systems.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings; experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
