What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, robotic assembly systems, PLC-controlled equipment, testing rigs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and paint shop equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system failures.
• Record maintenance activities in CMMS and complete scheduled inspections and documentation.
• Support factory layout planning, equipment relocation, new equipment integration, setup, calibration, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve mean time between failures.
• Contribute to Total Productive Maintenance initiatives and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a two-year Applied Sciences degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience maintaining CNC equipment, including five-axis machines.
• Experience with robotics and PLC programming, including Siemens or Allen-Bradley systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings; experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
