Technical IT Project Manager (AI)

Location: Denver, CO, US; on-site

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 annually plus bonus; Restricted Stock Units included.

What you will do

• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and full lifecycle delivery for complex IT and security initiatives.
• Identify delivery risks, system bottlenecks, and security remediation gaps while maintaining mitigation plans.
• Coordinate change management and workforce communications to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• Act as the primary liaison across System Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Service Desk, and Security/GRC teams.
• Manage vendor and SaaS procurement cycles with stakeholders.
• Establish Agile governance, Jira structures, and executive dashboards for the CTO and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure or security programs in high-growth environments.
• Expert-level Jira and Confluence proficiency, including structured boards for execution and executive reporting.
• Strong technical foundation in at least two areas: GCP or Azure cloud architecture, Okta Zero Trust/Identity, Vault secrets management, or Oracle/Acumatica enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate technical blockers into concise business-impact summaries for leadership.
• Strong risk management skills and a proactive, no-surprises operating style.

• Experience in IT and Security organizations at infrastructure or AI-focused companies.
• Experience formalizing Agile operating models across multifunctional teams.
• Experience driving AI-enabled process transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting global teams or infrastructure buildouts.
