What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including charter, plan, RACI, risk registers, and reporting for IT projects.
• Lead sprint planning and release management for AI initiatives, including AVA AI, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG pipelines.
• Own project financials, budgets, and resourcing in collaboration with IT FinOps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, data, AI, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Partner with the CISO on security and compliance projects, including audits and risk remediation.
• Facilitate steering committee updates and report portfolio status to the CIO and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of IT project management experience managing concurrent delivery tracks across enterprise apps, AI/data, and security.
• Proven ability to serve as the single accountable PM across three or more simultaneous cross-domain tracks.
• Familiarity with Azure (AI Foundry, DevOps, Key Vault, App Service) and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows.
• Strong command of Jira and Confluence for agile execution tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Alpharetta, GA (HQ).

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Exposure to infrastructure/cloud operations projects, including data center or cloud migration.
• Experience building or refining governance templates within a scaling PMO function.
