Senior Program Manager (Social Commerce)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Oversee social and commerce program delivery for a large CPG client across multiple North American retailers.
• Coordinate integrated project and program deliverables across internal teams and external agency partners.
• Establish communications, maintain calendars and deployment schedules, and implement operational processes across global workstreams.
• Manage project profitability, expenses, billing, invoices, budgets, burn rates, reconciliations, and weekly resource allocation.
• Drive projects from planning through delivery, building timelines, documentation, presentations, and actionable follow-ups.
• Use AI to improve delivery efficiency where appropriate.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a PMO organization and delivery management, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience with integrated agency teams and external partner agencies.
• Strong project management operations skills, including meeting management and documenting actionable next steps.
• Ability to prioritize work, navigate challenges, and establish operational rigor.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, Monday.com, Workday, and Jira.
• Interest in using AI as a delivery tool.

• Experience with Workfront or Proof HQ.
• Experience establishing streamlined operations for new commerce clients.
