MRI Technologist Full-time Evenings

What you will do

• Provide MRI imaging services for patients in the Feinberg Pavilion and support inpatient care operations.
• Perform patient screening, preparation, monitoring, post-procedure care, and MRI safety checks.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images, review image adequacy, and apply corrective action when needed.
• Administer contrast in accordance with policy, including contraindication screening, IV access when required, and monitoring for adverse events.
• Operate MRI equipment, maintain room readiness, identify equipment issues, and coordinate service follow-up.
• Document examinations accurately in EPIC and Visage while coordinating exam flow and prioritizing time-sensitive studies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification or ARMRIT certification.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Commitment to patient safety, MRI safety, infection prevention, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, evening shifts, weekend coverage, and an on-call rotation.
