Customer Experience Agent (Fintech)

Location: Irvine, California; hybrid schedule with required attendance at the Irvine headquarters two days per week.

Salary: $57,000–$60,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support new applicants and answer questions about hirify.global applications and services.
• Assist medical providers and their teams with account-related needs.
• Respond to patient borrower questions by phone, live chat, and email.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify causes, explain solutions, and coordinate corrections.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that issues are resolved.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Fluent English.
• At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must work from the Irvine, California headquarters two days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk.
• Spanish language skills.
