Global IT Scrum Master – Treasury & Financial Applications

Location: Hybrid at the Panorama Office site in Centennial, Colorado; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required office days, while Monday and Friday are work-from-home days.

Annual hiring range: $102,900.00–$140,140.00.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Treasury and Finance technology initiatives using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies through preparation, moderation, and follow-up.
• Engage stakeholders to validate and improve team delivery.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate resolution of impediments across organizational boundaries.
• Define and improve team performance metrics for cross-team effectiveness and executive communication.
• Coach and educate colleagues on Agile principles and practices.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum delivery.
• Ability to solve complex problems using existing solutions and new perspectives.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience leading project teams and acting as a resource for less-experienced colleagues.
• Experience improving products, services, or processes using internal or external business knowledge.
