Manager, Candidate Experience (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Manage a global recruiting coordination team responsible for end-to-end interview scheduling, multi-panel loops, cross-timezone logistics, interviewer alignment, and candidate preparation.
• Monitor coordination quality, service-level agreements, team capacity, load balancing, calibration, accuracy, debriefs, and process hygiene.
• Lead initiatives using candidate and hiring team surveys to improve the interview and hiring experience.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership to anticipate bottlenecks, solve complex coordination issues, and grow the coordination team.
• Build capacity models and improve coordination workflows and operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations at a high-growth technology company.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• Exceptional organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience owning execution and building processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong familiarity with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Ability to work on-site in Denver, Colorado, United States.

Nice to have

• Workday HRIS experience.
• Experience with candidate and hiring experience surveys, NPS metrics, and interpreting survey results.
• Experience building or running interview training programs.
• Proficiency with recruiting and AI tools such as CoderPad, Metaview, Glassdoor, or Indeed.
