Recruiting Coordinator

Location: On-site in the San Francisco office, United States; remote applications are not being considered.

What you will do

• Own interview scheduling and ensure candidates and interviewers are informed, prepared, and on time.
• Host candidates onsite and provide a welcoming, adaptable candidate experience.
• Maintain timely, clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs and resolve issues in real time.
• Maintain applicant tracking system data integrity.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination roles; internships and entry-level experience are considered.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, including information involving senior and executive candidates.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong proficiency with Google Calendar, Guide, Ashby, Slack, and Notion, including handling high-volume tasks efficiently.

• Experience with Ashby.
