Salary: $103,000–$135,000 base salary annually, plus a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary. Additional compensation includes a $150 monthly connectivity stipend and a $200 annual home office reimbursement.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the long-term financial model, including operating assumptions, financial statements, cash flow, and scenario analyses.
• Lead the annual operating plan and help coordinate the monthly forecasting process with FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders.
• Analyze variances, business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities against plans, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Prepare financial materials for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and investors.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and recurring analyses to improve visibility into business performance.
• Automate finance processes and support strategic and ad hoc analyses across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, public accounting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling experience covering long-range planning, forecasting, and integrated financial statements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan or another enterprise planning platform.
• Familiarity with SQL, hirify.global, business intelligence, or data-visualization tools.
• Experience preparing materials for executives, Boards of Directors, or investors.
• Experience in software, technology, recurring-revenue, or SaaS businesses.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional designation.
