Senior Process Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Vacaville, California, United States; fully site-based

Salary: $61,500–$102,500 gross annual base salary, plus a performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs to maximize manufacturing equipment availability.
• Execute maintenance tasks and work orders with accurate documentation under standard operating procedures and applicable policies.
• Operate tools and shop equipment safely, including work at heights and confined-space entry.
• Read piping and instrumentation drawings and technical manuals to support mechanical systems.
• Use CMMS, calibration management programs, and standard computer applications.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Technology, and Engineering; train mechanics and support multidisciplinary projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of industrial process maintenance and systems.
• Ability to complete complex assignments within defined parameters.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and calibration management programs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Refrigeration experience.
• SAP experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
