Managing Director of Delivery

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid, with teams in the office an average of four days a week

Salary: $100,000–$230,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the Delivery and Operations function and evolve the account operating model across governance, prioritization, resourcing, workflows, and accountability.
• Oversee delivery across brand experience, commerce, retail activation, experiential, innovation, and related client workstreams.
• Manage workforce planning, capacity allocation, succession planning, and development of a high-performing delivery organization.
• Advise senior client and agency stakeholders, lead complex operational discussions, and represent delivery performance in executive forums.
• Own delivery P&L performance, forecasting, revenue planning, utilization, margins, staffing efficiency, and growth opportunities.
• Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that increase scalability, operational visibility, collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale agency, consulting, marketing, digital, commerce, or transformation organizations.
• Experience managing complex, matrixed businesses exceeding $15 million in annual revenue.
• Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary teams and developing delivery leaders.
• Deep expertise in operational leadership, delivery management, organizational design, and transformation.
• Experience with brand, commerce, retail activation, integrated marketing, digital ecosystems, and agentic workflows.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial management experience, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
