What you will do

• Lead a team of 40+ employees responsible for Consulting Delivery and customer adoption.
• Manage Consulting Portfolio Owners to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Accountable for financial forecasting, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction for the AEC team.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet organizational objectives and employee engagement.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership to formulate client solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and manage performance for a diverse team of professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
• Must be based in the USA (Denver, CO).
• Demonstrated experience as a manager of managers in a technology company's consulting business.
• Proven track record of achieving booking and revenue targets in professional services.
• Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and consensus building at all organizational levels.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
