What you will do

• Set vision and strategy for the Intelligence product group, integrating Agent and Signal as a unified AI system.
• Drive the Agent roadmap, focusing on AI usability and customer trust progression.
• Rapidly ship Signal features, analyze customer feedback, and define monetization strategies.
• Design product monetization and collaborate cross-functionally to model impact.
• Engage with customers to understand trust in AI and gather feedback.
• Build and manage a growing team of product managers, coaching and raising product standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience growing zero-to-one AI-powered products with commercial success.
• Strong monetization and pricing strategy skills.
• Proven ability to manage and coach product managers while maintaining hands-on work.
• Data self-sufficiency and technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Fluency with AI tools and understanding of their impact on product work.
• Excellent writing skills for clear communication and decision-making.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially building for support teams.
