Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Own market research projects from commissioning through invoicing.
• Manage client expectations, project updates, budgets, timelines, and service delivery.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, sales, survey programmers, translators, and other vendors.
• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate project challenges in a timely manner.
• Ensure survey quality using current market research methodologies across multiple research approaches.
• Support client relationship development, share knowledge across teams, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research.
• Experience with research and survey design, sampling, and client consultation.
• Knowledge of technical, support, or administrative policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle moderately complex issues and a wide range of interrelated assignments.
• Ability to implement practical procedures or systems with extended oversight.
