What you will do

• Plan, prioritize, govern, and maintain the roadmap for operations projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans, charters, status reports, dashboards, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with operations leaders, workforce management, quality assurance, training, technology, and support functions.
• Facilitate executive updates and steering committee reviews with clear progress and decision-making information.
• Identify process improvements, track benefits realization, and support change adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, preferably in operations or a contact center environment.
• Experience tracking and reporting operations compliance metrics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or Asana, and with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
