What you will do

• Build and manage detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery handoffs.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Monitor performance metrics and budgets to optimize delivery quality and efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Foster trust and transparency through clear, professional communication and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or SCRUM methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT architecture.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Commitment to a collaborative one-team philosophy.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seoul, South Korea.
