What you will do

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing advisory projects, tracking milestones and deliverables for on-time, quality delivery.
• Support Advisory and Delivery teams with project documentation management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop client-tailored deliverables (reports, presentations, analyses) and collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistency.
• Conduct research and analysis to produce data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Engage with external clients to gather information, present findings, and provide project updates; resolve stakeholder issues promptly.
• Stay current on aviation industry trends and be prepared for regular international travel to support on-site delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in aviation, consulting, or project management.
• Solid project management skills: planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional-grade reports and presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, plus other project management tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (including on short notice).
