Junior Project Manager (Aviation Advisory)

Location: Dublin, Co. Dublin, Ireland; regular international travel to support project delivery at global locations.

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of aviation advisory projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and documentation to support on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and other client-facing project deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to produce data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, present findings, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Monitor aviation industry trends and contribute to projects requiring international travel.

Requirements

• One to three years of professional experience, preferably in aviation, consulting, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as aviation management, business, economics, or engineering.
• Project management, planning, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create professional reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of human capital development, airport operations, global business environments, or programme management.
• Project management certification such as PMP.
