Implementation Manager (ERP)

hirify.global is building a smart financial platform designed to replace legacy ERPs with automated accounting, real-time reporting, and modern financial workflows.

What you will do

• Own several concurrent customer implementations from kickoff and contract signature through go-live and handover to Customer Success.
• Manage relationships with Controllers, Finance Directors, and CFOs throughout implementation.
• Translate finance requirements into platform designs covering charts of accounts, entity structures, consolidation logic, and reporting.
• Lead data migration, including account mapping, opening balances, historical data, and cutover planning.
• Control scope, timelines, risks, and delivery quality while identifying and resolving projects that are going off track.
• Train customer finance teams and contribute to implementation playbooks, templates, and reusable delivery patterns.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory, including vendor-side professional services or consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, accrual accounting, and statutory versus management reporting.
• Demonstrated ownership of at least one implementation and go-live, either on the vendor, consulting, or customer side.
• Ability to structure complex projects, manage scope, diagnose implementation issues, and deliver practical solutions.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus. Daily use of AI tools and a clear perspective on their application in delivery work are expected.

• Qualified accountant status.
• Multi-jurisdiction experience with IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAPs.
• Experience learning from a lost customer or missed go-live.
