Child and Family Therapists (Pediatric Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; California licensure required. Work must be performed from a private, secure location with strong internet. Availability is required for at least 2 hours per week during peak times in Pacific Time: Monday-Friday 6:00-8:00 pm and/or Saturday 8:00 am-2:00 pm.

Salary: $85,000-$110,000 per year, full-time. Bonus opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for children and families.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations and referrals to community providers when appropriate.
• Lead caregiver group therapy for children with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver integrated care.
• Contribute to care model development, program evaluation, research initiatives, workflow improvements, and team projects based on organizational needs and interests.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and an active license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Current California licensure is required; openness to obtaining licenses in additional states is expected.
• Experience in integrated care settings and use of evidence-based approaches, especially for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• Strong technology skills, ability to learn quickly, and interest in virtual behavioral healthcare.
• Ability to work remotely from a private, secure location with reliable internet and provide peak-time coverage in Pacific Time.
• Spanish proficiency is required.
