Principal Program Manager – GTM/CX Portfolio (Cybersecurity)

Location: Most teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when needed. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do

• Lead GTM and CX portfolio planning across strategic initiatives and align priorities with company goals.
• Manage work intake, initiative sequencing, resource allocation, and capacity forecasting.
• Establish portfolio governance and provide executives with visibility into progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of internal change management processes, tools, and accountability mechanisms.
• Orchestrate QBRs, All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessions.
• Prepare executive presentations and communicate portfolio health, customer impact, and field productivity outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12+ years of experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience at a top-tier strategy, operations, or technology consulting firm.
• Experience in a GTM or CX domain such as sales, CPQ, or customer success.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive executive alignment.
• Background in technology transformation, operating model change, or system implementations.
