Senior Manager, Total Rewards (HR Technology)

Location: On-site in Everett, Washington, United States

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 annually, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses or incentives

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for HR technology, HR operations, onboarding, leaves of absence, and compliance.
• Develop and implement total rewards programs, policies, systems, and process improvements.
• Monitor regulations and legislation, oversee audits and filings, and maintain legal compliance.
• Establish preventive measures and internal controls across total rewards programs.
• Partner with People & Culture stakeholders on HR information system upgrades and implementations.
• Manage program budgets, benchmarking strategies, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong experience administering, executing, and analyzing broad total rewards and HR technology programs.
• Experience leading HR technology systems; UKG experience is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state benefits, leave, and HR laws.
• Broad functional HR knowledge, including total rewards, talent management, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
