VP, Head of Global Benefits

Location: US - Austin, TX; office setting required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $222,500–$360,000 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s global benefits and wellbeing strategy, balancing enterprise-wide consistency with regional flexibility.
• Lead governance, compliance, risk management, audits, fiduciary oversight, and regulatory response across the global benefits portfolio.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, investment evaluations, budgets, and long-range financial modeling for benefits programs.
• Drive operational excellence, scalable service delivery, process improvement, and modernization of the benefits technology ecosystem.
• Manage global vendors and external partners, including insurers, healthcare partners, retirement providers, and consultants.
• Advise executives on benefits, workforce wellbeing, employee experience, transformation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational change.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global benefits, total rewards, People functions, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience leading complex global programs across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
• Experience developing enterprise-level strategies and operating models, managing large-scale budgets, forecasting, investments, and business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders, lead transformation, manage ambiguity, and build high-performing global teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
