Program Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration

Salary: $128,100–$156,600 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration programs supporting employees across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Serve as the primary operational and strategic partner for employees, managers, HR, Legal, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, business leaders, and immigration counsel.
• Manage employment-based immigration programs, including visa sponsorship, renewals, permanent residence, work authorization, compliance, and case management.
• Provide guidance on international assignments, relocation support, assignment structures, policy interpretation, and cross-border employment matters.
• Develop and maintain mobility policies, governance standards, compliance frameworks, procedures, and vendor relationships.
• Use AI, automation, digital tools, analytics, and program metrics to improve workflows, identify risks and cost drivers, and scale global programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; GMS, SHRM, SPHR, or related certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Global HR Operations, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing global mobility and immigration programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration, compliance requirements, complex case portfolios, international assignments, and relocations.
• Experience developing policies and governance frameworks, improving processes with AI and automation, and using analytics to make business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, project management, organizational, judgment, and continuous improvement skills.
