Director, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Digital Product Operations (Product Analytics)

Location: Remote within the United States, aligned to core EST hours. Candidates near hirify.global offices may choose hybrid work with in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasional business travel is required, approximately 5–7 times per year.

Salary: $88,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and build dashboards for roadmap maturity, Productboard field completeness, roadmap changes, and product team health across 15+ teams.
• Establish metric baselines, targets, definitions, calculation methods, and governance standards that support consistent interpretation.
• Measure adoption of ProdOps practices, tooling standards, and process changes, distinguishing awareness, capability, behavior change, and resistance.
• Analyze underperforming initiatives, recommend interventions, partner with stakeholders on responses, and verify whether changes are effective.
• Maintain dashboard accuracy and data quality while documenting sources and methodologies in the ProdOps Info Hub.
• Coach PMs, POs, and ProdOps colleagues to interpret metrics and make independent planning and improvement decisions.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required.
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis within a digital product or technology organization.
• Experience building adopted dashboards and metrics frameworks and measuring organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of product management practices, roadmap maturity, backlog health, planning consistency, and data governance.
• Familiarity with Productboard, Jira, and Confluence as data sources, plus practical SQL and API experience.
• Ability to work during core EST hours and travel 5–7 times annually.
