Salary: $95,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Analyze and document business processes and mission support workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements for interconnected systems.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to translate needs into technical specifications.
• Develop documentation including BRDs, use cases, process flows, and data models.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining scenarios and validating solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust level clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and QA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and database queries for healthcare data analysis.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
