Maintenance Section Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Rayong, Thailand; people management role supporting continuous operations.

What you will do

• Lead the application of maintenance strategies and tools to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and sustainable problem resolution.
• Drive improvements in energy efficiency, machine ergonomics, and operator safety.
• Manage shift planning, manpower coverage, performance appraisals, and technical staff development.
• Lead World Class Manufacturing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of maintenance engineering experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a maintenance team.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of food industries, lamination line production, and World Class Manufacturing principles.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
