What you will do

• Provide technical support to contract manufacturers for assembly process execution and qualification.
• Manage ECN/ECO implementations, deviation controls, and troubleshoot product functional failures.
• Act as the primary interface between NPI Ops/Engineering teams and manufacturing sites.
• Drive operational improvements and cost reduction using LEAN and 6-sigma methodologies.
• Apply TQM, TQC, and pFMEA tools to improve first-pass yield and field quality.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and manage KPIs to meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in complex box build assembly and understanding of technical drawings.
• Must be local to Ayutthaya, Thailand; no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.
• Ability to communicate effectively with global technology and engineering departments.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
