What you will do

• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure flight training device reliability and availability.
• Lead and manage a dynamic technical staff team to meet established Performance Based Accountability KPIs.
• Create work schedules and rosters to ensure continuous coverage of contracted training availability windows.
• Identify and resolve recurring system problems in collaboration with technical experts and colleagues.
• Develop and recommend new procedures for testing, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Oversee staff recruitment, hiring, development, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand
• Associate’s or college degree in a job-related field.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in technical services or aviation maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of aircraft terminology or simulation devices.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and documentation pertaining to simulators and aviation.
• English: Fluency required

• Fluency in Thai.
