Service Engineer (Laboratory Products)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; periodic travel and stays upcountry and overseas are required.

What you will do

• Deliver after-sales service for laboratory products, including on-site customer support.
• Calibrate, install, inspect, maintain, and repair laboratory equipment.
• Provide technical consultation on product applications, solutions, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain calibration records, reports, and certificates in line with ISO requirements.
• Perform engineering adaptations and resolve equipment and application problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
• Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive.
• Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel and stay periodically in other regions of Thailand and overseas.
